Role Overview

R&D Associate

You’ll support a range of critical activities including vendor coordination, process documentation, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role involves both desk-based and on-ground work and requires regular travel to our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical trials and product validations
• Communicate with external stakeholders via calls and emails professionally
• Assist in drafting SOPs and internal process documentation
• Prepare structured reports and manage data using Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Support procurement, logistics, and quality control activities
• Assist in implementing new digital systems, including AI tools
• Represent MASH professionally in external meetings and field activities
• Contribute to new projects and pilots as they arise
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong academic record (B.Tech or B.Sc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy; proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Confident and presentable in public-facing interactions
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new systems
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, six-day operational environment

• Exposure to supply chain, operations, or CRM systems
• Prior experience in a startup or hands-on business environment
