Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and hands-on R&D Associate to join our growing operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident, and eager to work across functions in a dynamic, sustainability-focused environment. You’ll support a range of critical activities including vendor coordination, process documentation, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role involves both desk-based and on-ground work and requires regular travel to our facilities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical trials and product validations Communicate with external stakeholders via calls and emails professionally Assist in drafting SOPs and internal process documentation Prepare structured reports and manage data using Google Sheets and PowerPoint Support procurement, logistics, and quality control activities Assist in implementing new digital systems, including AI tools Represent MASH professionally in external meetings and field activities Contribute to new projects and pilots as they arise Required Skills & Qualifications Strong academic record (B.Tech or B.Sc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy; proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Confident and presentable in public-facing interactions Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new systems Willingness to travel as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced, six-day operational environment Nice to Have Exposure to supply chain, operations, or CRM systems Prior experience in a startup or hands-on business environment Why Join MASH?
