Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and hands-on R&D Associate to join our growing operations team. You’ll support a range of critical activities including vendor coordination, process documentation, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role involves both desk-based and on-ground work and requires regular travel to our facilities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical trials and product validations Communicate with external stakeholders via calls and emails professionally Assist in drafting SOPs and internal process documentation Prepare structured reports and manage data using Google Sheets and PowerPoint Support procurement, logistics, and quality control activities Assist in implementing new digital systems, including AI tools Represent MASH professionally in external meetings and field activities Contribute to new projects and pilots as they arise Required Skills & Qualifications Strong academic record (B.Tech or B.Sc.) As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in Khopoli, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of various equipment such as diesel and oil burners, vacuum pumps, gear pumps, and gear motors. With a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience, you will be expected to demonstrate quick installation and mounting skills for gear assemblies, bearings, and mechanical seals. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting temperature and pressure sensors, conducting routine inspections, and performing root cause analysis for mechanical failures. Additionally, you will support in the commissioning of new mechanical systems, maintain inventory for critical spares, and document maintenance logs and repair records. To excel in this role, you should possess welding experience, familiarity with PLCs, HMI systems, and ladder logic programming, and knowledge of procurement in the Khopoli-Taloja-Dombivli-Thane area. Strong communication skills, proactive teamwork, and willingness to work extended hours during onboarding are essential soft skills required.
