Job Description

Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and statutory regulations (ISO, BIS, etc.).
Supervise inspection, testing, and quality assurance activities for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to maintain quality standards.
Train and mentor team members on quality systems, audits, and compliance.
Prepare and maintain quality reports, documentation, and certifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S).

Responsibilities

Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards in manufacturing.
Experience in
ISO/TS/Lean Six Sigma/Statistical Process Control (SPC)
preferred.
Mandatory ERP software expertise (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP or similar
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
ERP/quality management software proficiency.
Leadership and team management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in
Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
5–8 years of experience
in quality management, with at least 2–3years in a managerial role.
