General

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure Process Kits (Process document, Templates, Checklists, Tools, Standards, etc) are available for all Process areas
• Develop and Maintain documentation of best practices across processes and practices.
• Ensure Tarento gets Certified in various standards as per business requirement.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders (Internal & external) to achieve broader organization goals
• Ability to do Risk Management at the Org level.
  

Quality

• Drive Org wide Quality initiatives.
• Conduct Process Compliance Audit and ensure of all the applicable projects to applicable processes and standards
• Conduct periodic Project Health Audit (Monthly) to ensure the RAG status of all the applicable projects is Green
• Monitor the Quality Metrics and suggest ways for continuous improvement.
• Periodic review of Org Process, Procedures and documentation and work on continuous improvement.
• Drive the culture of performing Risk Assessment before the start of project.
• Maintain and update Risk log from Org wide perspective.
• Take ownership in Change Management and Risk Management at Org level.
• Conduct CSAT as per organization policy
• Create Quality circles and infuse Quality consciousness across the Org
• Share Periodic Management report clarifying the Quality and Productivity performance of all projects across the Org.
  

Compliance

• Monitoring the current policies and systems in place and ensuring that it complies with legal and regulatory laws.
• Conduct Compliance training during induction and Periodic training as defined.
• Liaise with the teams across different Units and ensure adhering to various compliance standards as required.
• Curate and maintain control systems to identify and handle breaking of rules and any violations.
• Represent the Org as Management Representative (MR) / Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
• Perform Internal Audit for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 (Expected to be at least once in a quarter)
• Work with Implementation partners and certification bodies towards achieving Compliance certificates.
• Be the point of contact to answer compliance related queries from clients and partner organization.
• Drive the Quality and Compliance culture with partners and vendors etc.
