Job Description

Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, spare parts, consumables, and finished goods.
Maintain optimum stock levels using ERP software (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP or equivalent).
Ensure timely material availability for production without overstocking.
Monitor inward/outward material movement and maintain proper documentation for audits.
Conduct cycle counts, physical stock verification, and reconcile discrepancies in ERP.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams for smooth operations.
Implement FIFO, LIFO, JIT, and 5S practices in stores.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Supervise and train store staff to use ERP efficiently.

Responsibilities

Strong knowledge of
inventory and store management
in manufacturing/automobile sector.
Mandatory ERP software expertise
(SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP or similar).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management ability.
Knowledge of safety norms, ISO/TS standards, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma in
Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering
or Commerce with ERP knowledge.
5–8 years of relevant experience in
stores/inventory management
in manufacturing or automobile industry.
