Quality Executive

We’re Hiring: Executive – Quality | DTDC

DTDC is looking for talented professionals to join our Quality team in Mumbai, where you’ll play a critical role in cost control, process audits, and revenue assurance across business functions.

Role Overview

As part of the Quality team, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits, strengthening financial and operational processes, preventing revenue leakage, and supporting strategic improvement initiatives. This role offers exposure across departments and an opportunity to contribute to organizational efficiency and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control departmental costs to ensure financial efficiency.
• Conduct internal audits covering finance, systems, and processes.
• Identify and arrest revenue leakages through proactive monitoring.
• Analyze data to uncover patterns and support cost optimization.
• Strengthen internal controls and implement robust processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within systems and workflows.
• Provide insights and recommendations for deviations and process gaps.
• Manage audit closures and ensure timely resolution of audit points.
• Support cross-functional troubleshooting and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

For Executive – Quality:

3 years of experience

Skills & Attributes Required

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Processing).
• Strong analytical and observational abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Understanding of accounting processes is

  mandatory

• Interpersonal effectiveness and collaboration skills.
• (For Sr. Executive) Willingness to travel for audit visits.
• Process knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• (Preferred) Project management and process improvement capabilities.
