Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Follow the quality standards for production processes.
2. Conduct regular testing and inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.
3. Testing of all Raw materials (like Sand, Aggregate, Cement, and additives etc.) to check whether quality is appropriate for production or not.
4. Assist in Identifying and analyze defects, collaborating with teams for corrective actions.
5. Assist to Maintain accurate documentation of quality tests, statistical reviews, reports, and corrective measures.
6. Prepare and send Test Report of finished products for dispatched vehicle.
7. Assist production teams to enhance processes and reduce defects.
8. Evaluate incoming raw materials and components for quality assurance.
9. Use automated systems to perform testing procedures for FG Blocks (CS, Density, Dimensions, Abrasions, etc).
