Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role located in Bahadurgarh. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality through effective quality control and assurance practices. Daily responsibilities include conducting quality audits, developing and implementing quality management systems, monitoring production to ensure compliance with standards, and identifying areas for continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain manufacturing excellence and regulatory adherence is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

Experience in Quality Engineering, including the application of engineering principles to maintain and improve product quality.
Proficiency in Quality Control techniques and tools to evaluate processes and products.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Ability to manage Product Quality, including testing, inspection, and optimizing for customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of Quality Management principles and methods to enhance operational efficiency.
Familiarity with relevant manufacturing industry standards in fabrication.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative skills.
