Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabrication Senior Production Manager, located in Bahadurgarh. The manager will oversee daily fabrication operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and manage production schedules and workforce allocation. Responsibilities include coordinating with design and hydraulic systems teams, implementing continuous improvement practices, and ensuring timely completion of fabrication projects. The role requires effective communication with strategic sectors and maintaining inventory control of materials and supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication, production management, and safety compliance
• Ability to coordinate with design and hydraulic systems teams
• Excellent project management skills, including scheduling and workforce allocation
• Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to implement continuous improvement practices
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the defense or heavy-duty equipment sector is a plus
