Tratec Engineers is a pioneer in the manufacturing of Hydraulic Axles and Accessories in India. With over 28 years of manufacturing experience, Tratec Engineers has produced over 5,000 units. In addition to this, Tratec Engineers also manufactures mechanical and pneumatic suspension systems with fixed and steerable axles.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head located in Rohad near Bahadurgarh. We have a fabrication and trailer assembly plant with over 80 workers. We are looking for a Plant Head who will oversee daily plant operations, manage production planning, ensure quality control. This role involves leading and supervising plant staff, managing production processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and other regulations. The Plant Head will work closely with various departments to optimize plant performance, improve efficiency, and meet production targets.
