Role & responsibilities

Responsible for First piece of inspection and last piece of inspection as per the control plan

• Responsible for red bin analysis to be conduct everyday . compile the data in the soft .he have to prepare a Pareto chart to analysis the top defect and will take action action against accordingly.
• Responsible for provide training to the operator and final inspector to get the defeat free part and Quality alert have to display on the defect pass station.
• Responsible for Conduct product and process audit as per the plan and maintain the reports.
• Accountable for maintaining quality performance high, Reduce In process rejection, reduce rework and reduce customer complaints.
• Responsible for maintaining in process non conformance details and take corrective actions for all non conformance
• Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures
• Responsible for conduct layout inspection as per the plan and SPC As per plan.
• Maintaining SPC FOR Critical Parameters wrt to CP &Process Audit as per Annual planned.
• Attending the customer complaints and taking action at process stage.
• Preparation of MIS Daily -On In house quality issues and actions Taken -Closer.
• Maintaining the ISO/TS:16949 records pertaining to QA dept
• Taking Immediate Containment actions for the Inhouse concerns in Process /and Intimating Production Team.
• Responsible for , Daily Red Bin Analysis Incoming parts & Quality Related Kaizen.
• Responsible for effectively driving the  kaizen culture in QA Department.
• Poka yoke implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

• B. Tech/Diploma with 3 Years of experience in automobile industry
• GD&T, 8D,WHY WHY Analysis ,SPC,MSA,APQP, PPAP.
