You will be responsible for attending machine breakdowns, analyzing root causes of failures, and implementing corrective/preventive actions to achieve machine breakdown percentage targets. Additionally, you will need to implement preventive maintenance as per the plan and take countermeasure actions. Your role will also involve reducing manufacturing costs through the implementation of kaizen ideas and maintaining the basic condition of machines to reduce spare costs. You will work on reducing consumable costs by sourcing alternatives and reducing maintenance costs through in-house repairs. Achieving Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) as per Hoshin targets will be crucial. Furthermore, you will be tasked with assessing and correcting machine abnormalities as per the plan and improving shop floor conditions by maintaining 5S standards and eliminating leakages. Your knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 7 Quality Control tools, 5S methodology, Why-Why analysis, and problem-solving techniques will be essential for this role. Requirements: - Relevant experience in Electrical maintenance - Hands-on experience in CMM machine maintenance - Experience with High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) machines will be an additional advantage - Repairing skills for critical assemblies in CNC machines such as spindles, ball screws, turret assemblies, ATC, and magazine assemblies are required - Ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic system circuit diagrams and possess functional knowledge - 2-6 years of relevant experience,
