Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ensuring timely payment to Suppliers, statutory compliance and their reconciliation Preparation of monthly MIS and analyzing the trend of income and expenses Fixed Asset Management : Cross checking FAR, keeping a pace as to the Capitalization Process Preparation of MIS on monthly basis Finalization of Balance Sheet And Profit & Loss A/c Monitoring Debtor Aging and Analyzing of collection in respect of sales on weekly and monthly basis Accounting for expenses and income and provision related to month on timely basis Checking and segregation of income and expenses item for accuracy of trial Maintaining accuracy of General ledger and Sub ledger for proper reconciliation on monthly basis Keeping a check on Sundry creditors liabilities and proper checking of their invoice Controlling of Sundry creditors and analyzing them as per business plan Maintaining accuracy of trial for correct GL Head Analysis on the Ratio of the expenses to the Income and analyzing the Reason for any discrepancy Preferred candidate profile Candidates must have Minimun 1 year Experience Benifts Bus Facility Medical Facility Canteen Facility
