Job Description - Accounts Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The role requires knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Office applications, and basic accounting practices. Familiarity with GST, TDS, and online bill submissions will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Handle online bill submissions and uploads on various client/vendor portals.
Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and MIS updates.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice and payment follow-ups.
Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Work closely with the Accounts Manager to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting terms (preferred).
Ability to handle online billing systems and company portals.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
1-3 years of experience in accounting/executive role (freshers with strong Tally knowledge may also apply).
Experience in agency/service industry accounts will be a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
