Key Responsibilities (Summary):

The Quality Manager will oversee the entire Quality Management System (QMS) at Rhanos, focusing on these core areas:

1. Quality System Management & Compliance:

2. Process Control and Improvement:

3. Supplier Management:

4. Co-ordination and Training:

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or Printing Technology) or at least a Diploma in a related technical field.
Experience:
2-5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance/Management, preferably in a printing, packaging, or component manufacturing environment.
Automotive Experience:
Strong understanding of automotive industry quality requirements, standards (e.g., IATF 16949, PPAP), and core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP).
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Corel Draw is a must.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in English and Tamil (Conversational)
Knowledge of Screen-printing processes is a significant advantage.
