1. Overall responsible related to Quality Assurance & Quality Control activity.
2. Maintain Zero Customer complaints at Customer end and Achieve Customer satisfaction
3. Monitoring Line rejection - Review and analysis of rejections to maintain rejections within the targets.
4. Review & monitoring the Incoming Part Quality level and ensure zero defect due to incoming parts in Process.
5. Approval of Final Inspection Report/Authorize for releasing the product. (A)
6. Approval of first piece/start up production.
7. Identify, implement & review the correction, corrective action for the non-conformities observed during production.
8. Handling customer complaints & maintain report for the same.
9. Review process capability.
10. Responsible for calibration of the equipment.
11. Co-ordinating with customer for audits & zero NC during audit.
12. Ensure the product testing and meeting the requirement for the assembly product.
13. Train the team on required skill set as per the training plan.
14. Approval of final inspection reports.
15. Preparing of Monthly MIS PPT.
