Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raw Material Inspection: Conduct quality checks on incoming ingredients, packaging materials, water, syrups, and other raw materials.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor production line parameters such as filling, pasteurization, blending, mixing, and carbonation to ensure compliance with specified standards.
  • In-Process Checks & Sampling: Collect samples during production start-ups, tank changes, and shutdowns. Prepare control drinks and conduct shelf-life sample collection.
  • Finished Goods Inspection: Inspect final products for quality and packaging parameters including fill volume, sealing integrity, bottle/can specifications, labeling, and overall appearance.
  • Documentation & Records: Maintain quality records including test reports, process logs, non-conformance reports, and corrective action documentation.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal quality audits, hygiene and sanitation checks, and support external audits (HACCP, GMP, ISO/FSSC standards).
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with production, maintenance, and packaging teams to identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
  • Safety & Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, sanitization, and prevention of cross-contamination on the shop floor.

Qualifications & Eligibility:

  • Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy, Beverage Technology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 year of experience in quality, production, beverage, or food industry.
  • Willingness to work in day and night shifts.
  • Knowledge of basic laboratory testing, process parameters, data interpretation, and basic statistical/control chart knowledge.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi for recording findings and team coordination.
  • Attention to detail, ability to monitor equipment and processes on the shop floor.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
  • Must be willing to commute or relocate to Bahadurgarh, Haryana.

Preferred / Additional Skills:

  • Understanding of food safety and quality standards: HACCP, GMP, ISO/FSSC.
  • Experience in beverages such as carbonated drinks, juices, or water.
  • Ability to analyze non-conformities and suggest corrective actions.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
