Company Description ICA Global Sourcing Ltd, part of ICA Sweden, is a sustainable partner in Asia that secures various elements within the grocery trade, particularly the non-food business. We manage sourcing, order follow-up, quality assurance, and CSR functions for the ICA Gruppen AB Group, Rimi Baltic, Kesko, Salling Group, and Ahold Delhaize. Quality Control Inspector (India, Agra) Responsibilities • Conduct PP meeting, Pre/Inline/Final Shipment Inspections. Write and submit inspection reports daily. • Understand production line for improvement and give suggestions/action, or conduct training to suppliers when needed; Quality claims follow-up . • Be the eyes and ears for IGS within our vendors; inform the QA team of product quality situations and developments affecting our products or production. • Attention to detail, Accurate, structured, and organized; work independently and under high pressure. • Profound knowledge of relevant product categories. Qualifications The QC Inspector shall have a minimum of 8 years of solid experience from inspections. Possess at least 5 years of work experience in the shoe-related industry, along with experience in the inspection of other relevant general merchandise or garments. Preferably work experience from working in a buying office and/or 3rd party. Associate degree or equivalent educational experience • Good at applying English in professional work. Ability to communicate effectively with factory/suppliers across different regions in India.
