Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team at K95 Foods. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning programs and initiatives across our organization. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing employee development, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting our rapid growth in the exciting functional beverage industry. Key Responsibilities Strategic Learning Development: Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs that are closely aligned with K95 Foods' organizational goals and business objectives, particularly as we scale. HR Support & Operations: Provide hands-on support for various HR functions, including leaves, compensation, benefits, and policy adherence, ensuring seamless and efficient HR processes within our growing company. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify critical skills or knowledge gaps across departments, informing targeted development initiatives. Program Design & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and impactful learning materials, resources, and courses using diverse modalities to cater to the unique needs of our team. Content Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts within K95 Foods to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and practical applicability of all learning content. Leadership Alignment: Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure that all learning and development initiatives are strategically aligned with our overarching business objectives and growth trajectory. Coaching & Guidance: Provide valuable coaching and guidance to managers and employees, empowering them to explore learning opportunities and navigate their career development paths within K95 Foods. Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in learning and development, continuously integrating innovative approaches into our programs. Succession Planning & Career Pathing: Facilitate robust succession planning and career pathing initiatives to support employee growth, retention, and the long-term success of K95 Foods. LMS Management: Efficiently manage our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that all content is up-to-date, easily accessible, and optimized for employee engagement. Strategic Planning: Analyze training needs at both departmental and organizational levels to inform and refine our strategic learning plans. Impact Measurement: Develop clear metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to rigorously measure the impact and effectiveness of learning programs on employee performance and overall organizational goals. Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams to effectively address specific learning needs or organizational challenges that arise during our growth phase. Continuous Improvement: Remain informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve and innovate our programs. Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with external training vendors and consultants as needed, supplementing our internal capabilities to ensure comprehensive development opportunities.
