Senior HR Consultant

Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs. You will work closely with the business to understand their needs and objectives, resolving any HR issues that may arise. This role involves managing complex employee relations matters and conducting investigations in line with corporate ethics and values. By comprehending business goals, you will have the opportunity to recommend innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity, and the overall development of HR within the company. Additionally, you will lead and support special projects, create reports on various aspects of employees" lifecycles to aid the business in making data-driven decisions, and cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external partners. Developing collateral materials for HR initiatives and performing other duties as assigned will also be part of your responsibilities.
