Senior HR Consultant

Role Overview: You will partner with business units/divisions to deliver Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs. Your main responsibility will be to understand business needs and objectives, resolving HR issues, managing employee relations issues, and conducting investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Additionally, you will recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve business objectives and productivity. You will lead and support special projects, create reports on various aspects of employee lifecycles, develop effective relationships with internal and external partners, and create collateral materials for HR initiatives.
