Senior HR Consultant

StratefiX Consulting is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to join our team in Surat. As a Senior HR Consultant, you will play a key role in providing HR consulting services to SME clients, developing HR strategies, conducting research, and executing executive hiring processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HR strategy development, HR consulting, and executive hiring. You should have experience in conducting HR research and analysis, possess a strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively both in a team and independently is crucial, along with experience in organizational development and change management. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR would be a plus.
