Designation :-(Q.C) & ISO ( Management Representative) Location : Vasai, Mumbai Department:- Quality Control (Responsible for conducting the audits as per our printing industry standards. Like ISO, social audits, sedex, BIS, and etc.) Minimum exp - 6 to 8 years Salary range - Rs. 10 to 13 lakhs 1. To inspect and verify the raw material and the final products 2. Developing and implementing Quality control procedures 3. Monitoring Quality performance 4. List of equipment is maintained in which calibration frequency is defined 5. Customer Complaint management 6. Record keeping of all test conducted and maintaining drawing files 7. Conducting Audits as per Compliance 8. Data Analysis and reporting 9. Coordination with other departments to identify and address the quality issues across the organization 10. Staff training and development on quality control procedures and best practices Ensure all production processes comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, BIS etc.) Serve as the key liaison between the company and external certification bodies for ISO certifications and audits (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.). Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO management system across the organization. Ensure that all departments understand and follow ISO standards and quality procedures. Organize and conduct internal audits to verify ISO compliance, preparing corrective action reports where necessary. Facilitate external audits and work with auditors to ensure successful certification and recertification processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards, regulations, and quality management trends to ensure compliance and industry best practices. Develop and conduct training for employees on ISO requirements, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies. Track and report on the organization’s ISO compliance performance, recommending actions to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Ensure documentation and records for ISO quality management systems are maintained in accordance with regulations.
