Job Description

Study of project technical & develop Inspection categorization plan and obtain client approval
Selection & Appointment of TPI/Second party Agency for Inspection activities
Prepare Project presentation extract on QC points.
Reply to Preorder QAP on supplier comments.
Post order QAP Review & approve and submission to client
Inspection planning along with approved documents
Raise inspection call and arrange Inspection using our team/TPI
Prepare/Review of Inspection reports of TPI & further follow up with supplier for punch point closure
Co-ordinate with customer inspection and obtain customer clearance by submission of documents to obtain MDCC
Issue of MRO
Check and clear TPI invoices
Participate/self-inspection of various components as and when planned
Participate /conduct Vendor assessment & site audits when assigned
Having inspection knowledge of Structural, Pipes, Static & Rotating equipments.
Having inspection knowledge of Painting, NDT & PWHT Chart review.
Having experience in reviewing of WPS / PQR & WQT and welding process knowledge.

Education Qualification - Preferralble BE Mechanical or Production,
