Review and analyze tender documents and commercial terms specific to water and wastewater treatment projects. Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, Estimation, Project Management, HSE, QA/QC) to gather technical and commercial inputs for the bid. Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for quotations and technical clarifications. Prepare detailed tender documentation including method statements, compliance matrices, commercial proposals, and technical submissions. Ensure tender submissions are professionally formatted, accurate, and submitted on time. Track tender announcements, RFQs, and RFPs through portals, newspapers, or government e-procurement platforms. Participate in pre-bid meetings, document and distribute key insights and clarifications. Maintain a comprehensive database of past tenders, clarifications, and pricing benchmarks. Support the team in responding to post-bid clarifications and technical evaluations from clients. Ensure compliance with national and international standards (e.g., ISO, WHO, BIS) and environmental regulations relevant to water treatment.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare 2D mechanical drawings and technical schematics using AutoCAD based on designs provided by engineers. Generate detailed fabrication, assembly, and layout drawings for HVAC systems, piping, machine parts, and mechanical equipment. Modify and revise drawings as per engineering markups and design changes. Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers to understand project requirements and specifications. Ensure drawings are accurate, consistent with project standards, and adhere to industry norms. Maintain a well-organized drawing repository and version control of all design files. Assist in preparing documentation for manufacturing, procurement, and installation. Perform basic calculations and measurements to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain project cost control systems and procedures. Monitor project expenditures and forecast future costs to ensure budget adherence. Prepare cost reports and provide timely updates to project stakeholders and management. Analyze project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to approve budgets and manage changes. Identify potential risks related to cost, schedule, and quality and develop mitigation plans. Perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis to assess project vulnerabilities. Maintain a risk register and ensure risk mitigation measures are effectively implemented. Support project audits and compliance with financial policies and regulations. Assist in contract reviews and change order evaluations from a cost and risk perspective. Provide training and guidance on cost control and risk management best practices to project teams. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in, Engineering Proven experience in project cost control and risk management, preferably in [industry e.g., construction, EPC and manufacturing]. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency with cost control software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, SAP). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
