Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Sales / Bidding in Sewage Treatment Plant, Desalination Plant, Water Treatment Plant.
• Achieve Order Booking Targets with required Margins as per agreed Business Plan.
• Support Marketing Team during pre-tender stage by
• Review competition analysis and prepare counter strategies for winning.
• Review and provide the favorable technical specifications.
• Reviewing and provide the favorable commercial conditions including budget.
• Ensure submission of technically viable and commercially competitive proposals as per Tender requirements.
• Prepare and ensure proper pre bid queries.
• Prepare and monitor the proposal plan.
• Review, value addition and optimize the process inputs. Value addition in technology selection.
• Strategies on the Taxes and Duties.
• Prepare Prequalification documents.
• Prepare Bid Security, Bid Forms and Guarantees, Loading parameters.
• Prepare Price Bid and Completeness.
• Prepare post bid clarifications, discuss with team for proper answers and submission.
• Provide support for Marketing to Discuss with Customer / Consultants on issues lacking clarity, technical discussions etc.
• Preparing detailed internal/external Scope-matrix/Division of responsibility between
• Conduct techno commercial strategy meeting with management and arrive winning strategy.
• Provide adequate inputs to take decision on Pricing to management.
• Ensure smooth project transition
• Support and identify the Bid Loss Analysis.

Key Competencies Required:

• Strong knowledge of tendering and bidding processes in EPC projects
• Understanding of water treatment technologies and project execution models
• Technical expertise in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Commercial acumen and proficiency in proposal development
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines
