- Having good analytical and technical skills with good initiative.
- Having Design Engineering experience in Water retaining structure.- Familiar with Civil Engineering software like STAAD, AutoCAD, etc. - Familiar/conversant with National and International standards. - Able to interface/coordinate with other disciplines in preparation of equipment layouts. - Good communicator and strategist to deal with the challenging situations. - Able to lead a team of 7 to 10 members.- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Junior/Senior engineers and Designers- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.- Proven experience in civil and structural design with a focus on water-retaining structures in the water sector.- Deep understanding of water infrastructure in STP, WTP, ETP, and WWTP.
