Quality Control Coordinator

• Document Accuracy Audits

– Review visa application files for completeness, correct forms, and supporting evidence
– Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag for corrective action

• Regulatory Compliance Checks

– Verify adherence to current immigration laws, consular requirements, and internal SOPs
– Update QC checklists promptly when regulations change

• Process Monitoring & Reporting

– Track key quality metrics (error rate, rework rate, turnaround time)
– Generate weekly QC dashboards and highlight trends to management

• Root‑Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions

– Investigate recurring errors or policy breaches in application processing
– Collaborate with Operations to implement process improvements and preventive measures

• Trainer Support & Coaching

– Coach case owners and clerks on QC standards, document handling, and best practices
– Develop quick‑reference guides and QC tip sheets for frontline teams

• Sample Case Reviews

– Conduct random spot‑checks of processed applications before final submission
– Provide detailed feedback and track resolution of identified issues

• Vendor & Partner Audits

– Audit external document verification partners and translation services for quality adherence
– Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies and improve service delivery

• Policy & SOP Maintenance

– Maintain and revise quality control SOPs, checklists, and audit templates
– Ensure all QC documentation is version‑controlled and readily accessible

Pay: ₹19,166.88 - ₹21,500.00 per month
