Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst Experience Required: 2+ Year Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with 2 year of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through effective testing practices, documentation, and collaboration with development teams. Roles and Responsibilities: Test Planning and Execution: Analyze requirements and technical specifications to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Execute manual and automated test cases based on the specifications. Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs or defects using appropriate tools. Defect Tracking and Reporting: Log defects with complete details and steps to reproduce. Track and manage defects until closure. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently. Quality Control: Ensure software meets quality standards and customer expectations before release. Perform regression testing after bug fixes or feature enhancements. Process Improvement: Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in QA processes. Provide input into test automation opportunities and assist in setting up automation frameworks if required. Documentation: Prepare and maintain testing documentation such as test plans, test scripts, and bug reports. Contribute to internal knowledge bases and QA best practices. Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and support teams. Communicate test results and issues effectively to stakeholders. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with manual testing (automation knowledge is a plus). Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC. Knowledge of any scripting or programming language is an advantage. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
