Blue Spire is hiring a QA Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives for a strategic engagement with Citizens Bank through its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a quality engineering professional with strong expertise in test strategy, agile delivery, cloud-based applications, and banking compliance. Citizens Bank, headquartered in the United States, is one of the country's oldest and most respected financial institutions, offering a full range of retail and commercial banking services. The Citizens GCC in Hyderabad serves as a critical technology and operations hub, driving the bank’s digital transformation, innovation, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce and enterprise applications within Citizens Bank’s ecosystem.
• Manage a team of QA engineers, overseeing both functional and non-functional testing efforts.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and Citizens’ business teams to align testing efforts with functional requirements and regulatory standards.
• Design and oversee test plans for web, API, database, and Salesforce-specific components. • Implement test automation frameworks across applicable modules, including Salesforce UI and APIs.
• Ensure Agile/Scrum QA delivery with timely reporting of metrics, defects, and readiness status.
• Support compliance-related testing aligned to financial standards (RBI, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
• Mentor team members and build QA capability within the Hyderabad GCC. Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in software QA, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of testing Salesforce applications (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or custom modules).
• Strong experience with manual and automation testing for web, API, database, and multi-tier systems.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle management, and defect tracking. • Hands-on with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Postman, Rest Assured).
• Familiar with Salesforce automation tools such as Provar, Selenium with Salesforce locators, or test frameworks using Apex
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA, Zephyr, or Azure Boards.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Citizens Bank or any leading U.S. financial institution.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Lightning framework, and integration testing (e.g., with MuleSoft, third-party APIs).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices testing.
• ISTQB, Salesforce Administrator/Tester, or Agile certifications.
