Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead – LED Lighting Manufacturing 📍 Location: NOIDA 🏢 Company: Legero Lighting 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site 💼 Industry: LED Lighting | Electronics Manufacturing About the Role: We are looking for a Quality Lead with hands-on expertise in LED lighting/ Electronics manufacturing to lead and enhance our quality systems across Final Goods (FG) Assembly , Mechanical Workshop , SMT & MI lines , and outsourced vendor sourcing . This role is critical in ensuring high-quality output, continuous process improvements, and robust vendor quality management. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 SOP Implementation & Process Control Develop and enforce SOPs across production, assembly, and QC operations Drive training and audit programs to ensure compliance and process discipline 🔹 Workflow Audits & Improvements Conduct regular workflow audits across internal and outsourced lines Identify gaps and lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives 🔹 Product Quality & Improvement Analyze quality trends and drive product reliability improvements Work with R&D and engineering teams for design and process FMEAs 🔹 Vendor Assessment & Onboarding Evaluate, onboard, and audit vendors for quality, reliability, and compliance Implement incoming quality control plans and drive supplier improvement programs 🔹 Documentation & Compliance Maintain audit logs, inspection reports, and SOP repositories Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 , RoHS , and customer-specific standards What We’re Looking For: ✅ 7–10 years in Quality roles within electronics or LED lighting manufacturing ✅ Experience in SMT, MI, mechanical workshops, and FG assembly QA/QC processes ✅ Proven ability in leading SOP creation, audits, CAPA , and process optimization ✅ Strong knowledge of FMEA, RCA, 8D , and quality management tools ✅ Experience in vendor audits and outsourced manufacturing quality control ✅ Certifications like Six Sigma , ISO 9001 Lead Auditor a plus ✅ Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics preferred) Why Join Us? ✨ Be part of a growing and innovative LED lighting company 🔧 Influence real product and process improvements 🌍 Work with global suppliers and quality systems 📈 Take ownership of the entire quality ecosystem – from shopfloor to supplier Show more Show less
