Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for mechanical components. Perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure proper fit and function of assemblies. Engineering Analysis and Simulation: Conduct stress analysis, thermal analysis, and other simulations to validate designs and ensure structural integrity and performance. Analyze simulation results and propose design modifications as needed. Prototyping and Testing Support: Collaborate with the Prototyping & Manufacturing Liaison to oversee the fabrication and assembly of prototypes.
