Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through

  dealer networks, contractors, institutional clients, and trade channels

  .
• Meet and exceed assigned

  sales targets

  across product categories and regions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term

  client and channel partner relationships

  .
• Conduct regular

  product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations

  with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales activities with promotional initiatives.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights to the management team.
• Ensure timely

  sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management

  .
• Deliver excellent

  pre-sales and post-sales customer support

  to maintain client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in

  Sales / Business Development

  , preferably in

  lighting, electricals, consumer electronics, or building materials industry

  .
• Strong

  negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  .
• Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious

  sales goals

  .
• Strong networking skills with the ability to

  develop and expand dealer/distributor relationships

  .
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce

  , or related field.
• Prior experience in the

  LED Lighting industry

  will be a strong plus.
