Interested candidates will get to work in an established Software Company, with incredibly talented individuals and a fast-paced environment. Get to work on product development and implementations for P&C insurance clients and/or large commercial businesses that are looking to implement innovative solutions to improve customer engagement, growth, and risk management.

The applicant must have extensive experience in quality assurance, particularly in database testing and mobile app testing, alongside a strong understanding of the technology stack. This includes proficiency in API testing, performance testing, and the ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless integration with backend services.

Must Have Technical Skills:

•Well versed with SDLC & STLC Process.

•Ability to design and execute complex Test Cases & Test Scenarios.

•Experience in Functional and Non-Functional Testing.

•Experience in Web Application and Mobile Application testing.

•Experience in testing AI Chatbots with prompts.

•Experience with Database Testing (analyzing logs & parameters).

•Experience with API Testing (data validation with Client APIs).

•Knowledge of JIRA Bug Tracking process.

•Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

•Excellent communication skills (oral & written).

•Ability to think creatively and design Test Scenarios.

Nice to Have Technical Skills:

•Good SQL skills (especially in writing joins & sub-queries).

•Basic automation skills.

•AI Testing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to design test cases & Scenarios
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverable - ensures the ability to find the defects and bugs quickly
• Collaborate with QA Lead, BA & QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and well-structured Use Cases, Test Plans, Test cases & Test Scenarios.
• Adhering to system testing best practices and methodologies.
• Primarily will be testing Mobile Apps on both Android & iOS focusing on UI, Usability & Functional which includes compatibility on various models & OS versions & Also on Web portals & AI Chatbots rigorously
• Clear communicator (written and verbal) - To ensure ability to write test scenarios and test cases.
• He will be communicating bugs to developers and other stakeholders and conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Would be performing Database Testing to analyze the Logs & Parameters and Data
• Would be performing API Testing like data validating with Client API’s
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer Satisfaction

Required Experience:

• Well verse with SDLC & STLC Process
• Ability to design & execute complex Test Cases & Test Scenarios
• Experience Functional and Non-Functional Testing
• Experience in testing Mobile Apps (IOS and Android Platform) which are based on Location services & Maps
• Web Application testing & Mobile Application testing
• Testing Experience on AI chatbots with prompts
• Good Understanding in Process of JIRA Bug Tracking
• Ability to think out of Box in designing Test Scenarios
• Confident, Proactive self-starter
• Able to work independently and strong contributor to Team.
• Provides attention to detail
• Good Analytical skills to think laterally in finding Root Cause of the issues
• Excellent Communication skills (Oral & Written)

Nice to Have:
