Key Responsibilities: Execute and supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems at project sites. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and on-ground teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Conduct site assessments, technical inspections, and troubleshooting during execution. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and project specifications. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, site reports, and progress updates. Support procurement and logistics teams with technical inputs related to project execution. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field. Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar power sector (site execution preferred). Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, installation procedures, and site management. Ability to travel extensively across India for project deployment. Your main responsibilities will include generating leads, meeting clients, providing product knowledge, coordinating with internal teams, and traveling to client locations and project sites.
