Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator for Chemi Tech Group's roll forming machine used in manufacturing solar module mounting structures, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Operate the roll forming machine to produce C, U, Hat, and Strut channel sections - Perform machine setup, alignment, and calibration for different profiles - Monitor machine operation and ensure consistent output quality - Carry out routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues - Follow safety and quality standards at all times - Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets - Maintain logs of production and machine parameters Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with roll forming machines - Experience in manufacturing solar mounting structures is an advantage - Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Ability to read and understand technical drawings - Willingness to work in shifts if required - Focused on quality, safety, and timely execution Chemi Tech Group, a prominent player in the renewable energy sector, offers a competitive salary based on experience and provides an opportunity to advance in a rapidly growing clean energy company.
