Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Site Engineer located in Noida. Responsibilities include supervising solar power plant projects on-site, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, conducting structural evaluations, and effectively coordinating with teams and contractors. The engineer will also assess and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with on-site project management and execution in solar energy or related fields.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in quality control processes and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Background in structural and civil engineering, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and construction techniques.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to work in demanding site conditions, and knowledge of solar power plant operations are advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Solar Engineering or a related field is preferred.
