Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor at Chemi Tech, located in Jadcherla near Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the daily production operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising production personnel, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards, monitoring production processes, maintaining a safe working environment, and managing inventory levels. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production personnel to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards. - Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and implement corrective actions as needed. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment. - Maintain accurate production records, including output, material usage, and deviations. - Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with maintenance and other departments for prompt resolution. - Train and mentor production staff on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. - Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. - Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs. - Prepare regular production reports for management. - Ensure proper housekeeping and organization within the production area. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Technology, or a related field; Diploma in a relevant technical discipline. - Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience as a Production Supervisor in a chemical industry or related manufacturing environment. Experience in FRP manufacturing is advantageous. - Strong understanding of chemical handling procedures, safety protocols, and quality control standards. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in maintaining production records and generating reports. - Familiarity with specific machinery or software used in the production process, if applicable. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to work in shifts, if required.,
