Job Description:

Chemitech Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Engineer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site execution of solar power projects across India and must be willing to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems at project sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and on-ground teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Conduct site assessments, technical inspections, and troubleshooting during execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, site reports, and progress updates.
• Support procurement and logistics teams with technical inputs related to project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar power sector (site execution preferred).
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, installation procedures, and site management.
• Ability to travel extensively across India for project deployment.
• Good communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle site-based challenges.

Employment Type:

Full-time, on-site with extensive travel.
