Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer, located in Noida. The Site Engineer will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating with team members, conducting quality control checks, monitoring materials and resources, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to meet project specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in on-site operations management and supervision
• Strong communication skills for effectively liaising with teams and stakeholders
• Expertise in quality control processes to ensure project standards
• Background in structural or civil engineering, with knowledge in related methods and principles
• Ability to manage deadlines, solve problems, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with industry software and tools is advantageous
