Site Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to engineering specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and schedule construction tasks effectively to achieve project deadlines and milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address technical challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks and inspections to ensure workmanship aligns with established standards and specifications.
• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including reports, technical drawings, and cost estimates.
• Track project progress and compile detailed progress reports for management.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a secure and hazard-free working environment.
• Address and resolve onsite emergencies or issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the project team.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience as a Civil Site Engineer or a comparable role in construction or infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills to manage teams and workflows.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Willingness to travel for future projects as required.
