Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations. Handle and resolve challenging situations. Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability. Prepare and share daily stock reports with relevant stakeholders. Ensure accurate stock counting during the receipt and dispatch of materials. Supervise and manage labor procurement and deployment. Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipment of goods. Should be well-versed in booking transport vehicles through platforms like Porter and other local transport services as per operational needs. Continuously improve and streamline warehouse processes. Train, support, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff. Generate reports on inventory status, team performance, and overall warehouse efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with company workflows. Preferred candidate profile Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Knowledge: Basic Excel reporting, and safety compliance. Communication: Good communication skills for reporting, team coordination, and interdepartmental collaboration. Attitude: Proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment. Language: Should be able to read and write basic English and communicate effectively with the team.
