Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as the main technical advisor on-site for subcontractors and workers
• Set out, mark levels, and survey the site • Verify plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy • Ensure materials and work comply with project specifications • Manage material requisition and vendor negotiations • Interpret and implement contract design documents • Liaise with consultants, planners, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, and clients • Handle daily site management, supervise workforce and subcontractors • Plan and organize the RMC plant and site logistics • Monitor quality control and site safety compliance • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports • Solve technical site issues and support site operations • Develop logistics plans for material and manpower • Ensure timely project delivery as per set milestones • Attend site meetings and coordinate across teams
