Sales Executive

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships to drive customer loyalty.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and supporting documentation.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Gujarati preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Time management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Sales Manager (3+ Years of Experience)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales and Team Handling, Real Estate preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the customer base and explore new markets.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and guide sales executives. Monitor daily performance and coach team members.
  • Client Relationship: Build long-term client connections by providing tailored property solutions.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare monthly and yearly sales forecasts, analyze data, and generate insights.
  • Sales Tools and Support: Develop scripts, refine sales techniques, and ensure the team is equipped with resources.

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to manage teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Gujarati.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and presentations.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to achieve and exceed targets.
