Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive / BDR to be the first point of contact for walk-in clients and inbound leads. This role requires someone who can understand design preferences, communicate value, and convert interest into meaningful sales conversations. Key Responsibilities Engage with walk-in customers and inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, website leads) Understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, and design preferences Present furniture collections, materials, finishes, and customisation options clearly Generate and qualify leads; follow up consistently to close sales Build long-term relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions Coordinate with the design and production team for quotations, timelines, and order updates Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to studio growth Required Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or retail sales (Furniture, interiors, luxury retail experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand design concepts and explain them simply to clients Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, or lead-tracking systems Self-motivated, presentable, and customer-first mindset Fluency in English and Assamese/Hindi preferred What We Offer Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a growing design-focused furniture brand Exposure to custom furniture, materials, and design processes Supportive, creative, and collaborative work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
