Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, conducting site assessments, and closing sales for our solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems.

You will be the face of Skyline Infra Solutions, helping customers understand the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: actively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits in the target territory.

- Consultative Selling: Meet with residential and commercial property owners to understand their energy needs. Explain the technical and financial benefits of Skyline’s solar solutions (ROI, government subsidies, net metering).

- Site Survey & Assessment: Conduct preliminary site visits to assess roof conditions, shadow analysis, and feasibility for solar installation.

- Proposal Creation: Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate quotations and technical proposals for clients.

- Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate referrals and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with the latest solar trends, government policies (PM Surya Ghar, subsidies), and competitor activities.

Key Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales or Business Development.

Experience in the Solar, Electrical, or Construction industry is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BBA, B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical is a plus).

Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and [Local Language]; functional English is required. Ability to understand basic technical concepts (kW, Units, Inverters, Panels).

Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field visits.

Attitude: Self-starter, target-oriented, and passionate about renewable energy.
