About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager to lead corporate and mall account acquisition and drive strategic, design-led branding partnerships. This role focuses on consultative selling, brand space solutions, and creating strong relationships with corporate clients, malls, architects, and retail environment specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and engage corporate decision-makers, mall management, and retail developers.
  • Pitch design-led execution capabilities to secure high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and VM consultants to co-create branding solutions.
  • Win new business through consultative selling and strong visual presentation skills.

Client Relationship & Revenue Growth

  • Build long-term strategic partnerships for repeat business.
  • Provide tailored solutions aligned with brand identity and space design requirements.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, production, strategy, and operations teams.
  • Share market intelligence and customer insights for product and strategy development.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Follow internal pricing and proposal norms.
  • Maintain CRM records for meetings, pipeline, and performance reporting.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance & forecast reports.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong visualization and design-led sales approach.
  • Ability to translate creative concepts into business pitches.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with CXOs, marketing heads & retail design ecosystem.
  • Quick ideation & solution-oriented mindset.
  • CRM proficiency.
  • Understanding of mall media, retail branding, and spatial branding (preferred).

Experience Required

  • 6–10 years in Business Development / Corporate Sales / Space Branding / Retail Design.
  • Experience in premium interior solutions, signage, visual merchandising, or branding preferred.
  • Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, and design aesthetics.
