Job Title: Solar Project Manager
Location: Noida, Uttar PradeshJob Summary:Chemi Tech Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in solar installations, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate all phases of solar PV projects, including site assessment, design review, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover. * Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans. * Lead and manage project teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. * Manage project risks and proactively identify and implement mitigation strategies. * Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. * Monitor project financials, track expenses, and manage budget adherence. * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality, and troubleshoot issues. * Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, financial summaries, and potential challenges. * Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organization.Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) is preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing and executing solar PV projects (residential, commercial, or utility-scale). * Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, components, and installation practices. * Familiarity with relevant Indian regulations and standards for solar installations. * Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management. * Proficiency in project management software and tools. * Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.Preferred Qualifications: * Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. * Experience with specific solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope). * Knowledge of grid-connected and off-grid solar systems. * Experience managing projects with battery storage solutions.
