Role Overview:

We are seeking a Security Officer to oversee and manage the safety and security operations across our factories in Bandikui. This role involves monitoring CCTV feeds, ensuring the safe movement of goods, conducting periodic site inspections, and coordinating with local teams to maintain security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* CCTV Monitoring:

* Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all warehouses, factories, and offices.

* Identify suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or irregularities and escalate immediately.

* Maintain a record of key security events and incidents.

* Goods Movement Tracking:

* Track and document the movement of goods in and out of warehouses and factories.

* Cross-check gate passes, delivery challans, and inward/outward registers.

* Assist in investigating discrepancies or losses in coordination with the operations and logistics teams.

* Site Visits and Inspections:

* Conduct periodic visits to warehouses, factories, and sites to ensure security protocols are being followed.

* Inspect physical infrastructure, including boundary walls, gates, and security equipment.

* Interact with local security personnel and resolve on-ground issues.

* Incident Management:

* Respond to alarms, emergencies, or breaches and coordinate with management for quick resolution.

* Prepare incident reports and support any investigations.

* Security Compliance:

* Ensure all locations follow company security policies and procedures.

* Recommend improvements in security systems and protocols.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in an industrial or logistics environment.

* Experience in CCTV operations and understanding of warehouse/factory security processes.

* Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management is a plus.

* Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.

* Strong communication skills (Hindi and English) and the ability to interact with diverse teams.

* Physically fit and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
