we’d love to meet you

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA Lead to champion the quality of our fintech products. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of our platform's reliability, security, and accuracy. You will own the entire testing lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution and reporting, ensuring every feature we ship is flawless and secure. Your obsession with detail will be critical in safeguarding our users' financial transactions and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and own the end-to-end test strategy for our web and mobile applications, including test plans, test cases, and execution cycles.
• Design, build, and maintain a robust and scalable test automation framework for regression, functional, and performance testing.
• Perform rigorous manual and automated testing on critical financial workflows, including payment processing, transaction integrity, reconciliation, and report generation.
• Plan and conduct security vulnerability assessments and performance/load tests to ensure our platform is secure, scalable, and can handle high transaction volumes.
• Champion QA best practices within an agile development process. Work closely with developers and product managers to identify and resolve bugs early in the lifecycle.
• Lead the testing of RESTful APIs to ensure data is processed accurately and securely. Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data integrity in the database (Good to have). 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a significant portion in a fintech, payments, or financial services company is mandatory.
• Proven experience building test automation frameworks from scratch using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Strong proficiency with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and a deep understanding of API architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• An exceptional eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a relentless passion for solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Familiarity with payment gateways, transaction processing systems, and financial regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, RBI guidelines).
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with database testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy (Good to have)
